PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
John Heaney (Electrical) Limited provide a complete maintenance service in support of our various engineering disciplines. Plant maintenance is often underestimated in its cost-saving ability and should really be considered a key component over the life of your plant, machinery and equipment.
With a planned and preventative programme in place, your plant and machinery are maintained in good working order, reducing the need for costly repairs and minimises the need for downtime. Over and above this, a PPM programme helps to ensure the safety of the plant users.
When we undertake a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contract we have the capability and flexibility to create, manage and store your asset register, task schedules etc. onto our own internal system saving you the capital costs of procuring your own. From our system, we can generate any reports needed whilst we maintain your asset.
We are also adept at using client software and have the technology at our hands to log on to these systems remotely and as required to keep your own records up to date.
